Our Mission
The mission of Ability Physical Therapy is to help people.  More specifically, Ability Physical Therapy is dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their optimal physical function in home, work, and recreational settings.

Ability Physical Therapy provides rehabilitation services at five separate locations: Marion, Mount Vernon, Cedar Rapids, Solon and Center Point. Individuals are treated pre-operatively or post-operatively for pain in the spine or extremities such as shoulders, knees, or hips.

Treatment is provided for, but not limited to:

• Wrist, Hand, and Elbow Injuries

• Ankle Injuries

• Back Pain

• Shoulder Injuries

• Neck pain

• TMJ Issues

• Benign paroxysmal positional VERTIGO

• Imbalance episodes

• General weakness

• Weakness after chemotherapy

• Chronic pain

• Parkinson's disease

• TIA's or CVA's

• Sports injuries in athletes of all ages are treated at all locations as well as work related injuries.

Physical therapy treatment includes the use of exercise, education, manual techniques including IASTM and dry needling, and modalities of heat, cold, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Treatment goals are to alleviate pain and/or restore individuals to their optimal function.
